Chapter 89

We drove over to the hotel in total silence. We walked in a tight group to make Misty feel safe. Once we were inside the room she looked frightened again. I introduced her to every one.

“Misty I have a secret to tell you. Vicky, Lorrie, Jenny and I are self defense trainers. We can kill and maim with our bare hands. We are not going to let anyone hurt you. We will protect you. Let’s go look at the shower, Jenny said that it was a big shower. After we shower we will go get something to eat. I am a little hungry, are you hungry?” I asked.

“I haven’t eaten anything today. I think I could eat a little something.” she said.

I said to Jenny, “While we are showering check out the hotel restaurant and see if they have a private dining room and what the food looks like or else find us a good one.”

I turned to Vicky and Lorrie and mouthed, “Will you do make-up when we get out?”

We stepped into the bathroom. I left the door open to reduce the claustrophobic feeling. I turned on the water and adjusted it hot as I liked it. Misty was watching as I stripped off my clothes. I put my shampoo and a new fuzzy soap mitt on the tub trays. I looked at her and said, “Let me help.”

Misty was ahead of me as we stepped into the water spray. I washed every inch of her twice. I then washed her hair twice as I had promised. I finished washing myself then I rinsed her in a nice smelling body wash.

I dried her off then myself and finally blow-dried her hair. We dressed and Vicky and Lorrie applied some makeup. I walked out of sight to talk to Jenny, Sarah and Belinda.

I asked Belinda if Misty was able to sleep and if she had seen a crisis consular.

She replied, “Neither of us is getting any sleep. She wakes up a lot, afraid and screaming or crying. A consular has been seen twice, she doesn’t stay very long.”

I sent a text to Marcy asking her to go into my room to look in the box on my dresser and copy both sides of the 2 business cards in there and send it to Jenny.

Kate, Sarah and Belinda came to me when I was through with the text and said, “We think she is in bad shape.”

“Yes” I replied. “I don’t want her to go back to her dorm room. I want to be with her every time she wakes up to comfort her. Sarah you sleep with Jenny and I’ll sleep with Misty. Belinda can sleep on the couch or couple of us will escort her back to the dorm room.”

Kate said, “Belinda can bunk with me.”

“You do know that we may not get much sleep,” I said.

Kate said, “That is not much of an issue right now.”

Jenny came back from the restaurant and said, “Five star and they do have a room that we can use and I reserved it. They are open until 11.”

The makeup was finished. Lorrie asked if she wanted to look in the mirror to see if it was OK. She shook her head no.

We went as a group to eat. The waiter passed out menus. I told the group to order anything they wanted. An hour and a half later we were back in our rooms. Room service brought us another dozen large towels.

While everyone else was showering Misty and I set on the mini-sofa and talked about all kinds of things. I asked about her grades and what she was planning on doing for the holidays. I found out that she was staying at the college for the holidays. I found out that there were only 5 days left before the Christmas break. Those days were make up days for anyone that wanted to improve their grades or had missed any assignments. There was no mention of her attack.

Jenny, Lorrie, Vicky, and Sarah were going to double-bunk in one room. Kate, Belinda, Misty and I were in the other room. I went in and gave each of my lovers the normal passionate bed time kisses. Of course all eyes were on us, but no one made any comments.

As Misty and I climbed into bed I said, “Misty, I am going to make believe that you are my little girl and snuggle real tight to you to protect you. I‘m going to hold your hand and anytime you are afraid and want to make sure that I am still protecting you just squeeze my hand. Ok?” With that Kate turned the lights out and I snuggled close to Misty.

All the tricks of sleeping in foxholes in foreign battlefields came back to me; the ones where you sleep with one eye and ear open to any danger. I held her close, her hand in mine while I was in a light sleep. I could tell when the dreams started. Her legs would start shaking and her feet would move, she would tense up then her chest would heave like she was sobbing. Each time I would squeeze her a little and talk as softly as I could, not to wake everyone up.

“It’s OK. I’m here, you are safe with me. I’m here to protect you. Just squeeze my hand.” She would sigh and then settle down.

Sometime after midnight she had a rough one. It took a lot of talking to get her settled down.

A couple of minutes later Misty said, “Mommy, I’m afraid.”

“I know you are honey, I’m right here to keep you safe. No one is going to hurt you.” I said. “I’m going stay with you all night.”

“Mommy, I hurt, I hurt real bad,” she said.

“Honey, where do you hurt?” I asked.

“I just hurt all over, my heart hurts, and I’m so down. I’m just so afraid,” she said. “Will I ever get better?”

I heard the bed next to me move. I could tell someone came in from the other room. We had left the door between the rooms open.

“Honey, I know you hurt. But it will go away. It will take time but it will go away. You just have to be strong and ask for help when you need it. You will get better.” I said.

“Mommy, would you pray for me?” she asked.

“Oh Heavenly Father, I ask you to lift your healing hands to Misty. Her body and soul aches for the tenderness of your love and the protection that only you can provide. She begs for your forgiveness and your wisdom to remove this great pain. We pray for this great burden to be lifted from her heart and for you to make her strong again. In Jesus name Amen.” I said.

“I love you Mommy”

“I love you too honey. Let’s try to sleep. Tomorrow is going to be a busy day,” I said. “Good night, I’m right here if you need me.”

I felt a hand touch my shoulder, then a kiss on my cheek and a tear drop hit me.

A voice whispered, “I love you too.” She went back into the other room. Another hand touched my shoulder and said “Goodnight.”

I dreaded to see morning come. I hoped she would think she had a good dream. No one can live up to Mom and I sure didn’t want to.

Misty had one more little episode. A couple of words and a squeeze of her hand is all it took to calm her. It was shortly after six when I heard all the others get up and get dressed. Jenny appeared on the other side of the bed with several sheets of paper with notes written on them.

Do you want us to go get breakfast? I mouthed yes.

Do you want us to bring you anything? I mouthed no.

Around seven Misty woke up. She asked, “Where are the others?”

“They have gone to breakfast. Let’s get dressed and go meet them.” I said.

“I am starved,” she said.

We hurriedly got dressed and went to the restaurant to meet them. She ate like a horse; eggs, bacon, sausage, two pancakes, and orange juice. After breakfast we packed up and checked out. Then we went to the college to begin the setup for our class.

Misty and Belinda had one class that they needed to do this morning to finish up this semester. I asked if Misty wanted Vicky to go with her. They thought they would be fine. I exchanged phone numbers and they agreed to come find us as soon as the class was over.

Chapter 88

Patti and I were sitting at our desks at 8 sharp. I pulled up the GPS locater and found Sarah Grayson. I sent one of the day guys to get her.

I called Mr. Skaggs to verify that everything was still a go for tomorrow’s seminar. I went over the travel plans with him and gave him our estimated arrival time. I asked for and he gave the field house number that we were going to use. It was my intention to park and leave the trailer there before we went to the motel. That would give us an excuse to be there so Sarah could find her friend and her roommate.

I spent the time working on e-mails, reviewing the next seven days work schedule making sure the last minute requests for vacation and time off were correctly marked.

I checked with Kate to make sure everything was ready or if she anything that needed packing in the trailer.

Sarah was standing at the counter when I finished with several calls.

“Do you have the contact information for me?” I asked.

She handed me a slip of paper with the information on it. We made some small talk. What I was trying to do was to find out what she was doing for the next couple of days. At the end of our conversation I knew that she was staying over the holidays to save her parents some travel expenses. She also was looking for a part-time job over the holidays in one of the local stores, but as of yet had no firm offers.

“Sarah, how would you like to go with us?” I asked. “We have one empty bed in Kate’s room. Your friend might be glad to see you.”

“I don’t have any extra money for meals,” she said.

“All expenses paid.” I replied.

“OK, I’ll call her and tell her I’m coming,” she said.

“No, you don’t want to do that. I will explain why on the way – to surprise her is best,” I said. “Go pack a bag. Always pack for a day extra. I plan on leaving here around 11.”

At 10:30 I fueled up the truck and hooked up to the trailer, checked the lights and tires including both spares. Then I pulled it near the office to wait for Sarah and Kate. I spent the time finishing up paper work and giving final instructions to Patti and the day guy that I had assigned to office duty for the next two days. When I walked back outside Sarah and Kate were waiting by the truck. Next stop was 1001 Summers Road for lunch and to pick up the rest of my crew. I was amazed at how well the Suburban with the gas engine handled the sixteen foot trailer and three passengers.

As I pulled the Suburban and trailer onto Summers Road I looked to the left at the gym to see the place packed with contractors trucks. I stopped in front of the garage. Sarah, Kate and I went into the house for lunch. It was in the final stages of preparation. While we were waiting Marcy filled me in on this morning’s events related to the gym.

“The bank called to ask if we minded if the federal auditor sat in on our loan request presentation. The rules for the banking industry required that the feds do these randomly and it happened to be our loan request that came up.” I agreed to their request, then Marcy said. “I didn’t see where we had much choice.”

“The lawyers called. They wanted to let us know they have everything ready,” Vicky said.

“I took over the membership requests from Marcy, she is getting so busy. I have over one hundred confirmed and then I have this,” she said, as she handed me several papers.

One was a signed contract from Shelia Roush with a check for $2400. It included a full year’s membership fee. It was attached to a media contract for a boxing match between her and second ranked Amanda Black for 250k at the gym of her choice.

Attached was a note from Shelia that read “This is a televised pay-for-view 4 round fight. Seating is by invitation only. Each fighter gets 150 tickets. I think your building is just right. This is a woman’s fight so no men would be allowed in the audience. I’m known as a basic hard-knocks fighter. As the champ I get to chose where and when. I want to see her histrung inside fans group on metal chairs and wooden bleachers. The gym fee from the TV company is 75000. Please think about it.

The other two contracts were from Shelia’s housemates with a year’s check attached

“The gas company called. We are on the schedule for an 8 AM tank installation on Thursday. I called the heating contractor. He will have a crew on site to check for leaks and to check out the new heaters,” she said.

“As you can see there are a lot of people working over there today. I hope you have a few minutes to go look before you leave,” Marcy said.

I nodded and smiled and said “OK, I’m sure we have a few minutes to spare.”

I noticed that Sarah and Kate were all ears during the conversations.

Lunch was loaded salad and soup with a sandwich of choice.

After lunch we went over and looked at the gym. There were a lot of things going on. Framing that was on the floor yesterday was up with plywood or drywall going on it. You could get a real idea of the layout now. It was a lot different than chalk marks on the floor. I walked to the middle of the floor so I could get a good look at the big picture.

Bob walked out to me and asked, “Is there something wrong?”

“How late can you hold off on the boxing ring?” I asked.

“We can make it the very last thing we do before we turn the building over to you. It is the easiest part of this. All we have to do is drill the holes in the floor and epoxy the posts into place,” he said.

“Don’t install it until you hear it from me. We need to do some more research,” I said.

On the way out I instructed Marcy to contact the Fire Marshal to find out about the seating capacity and other things we would need to do to meet Shelia’s boxing meet needs.

At the truck I whispered into Marcy’s ear that I had instructed Bob to wait on the boxing ring until the very last thing, that we may have to relocate the ring.

Marcy gave me a very passionate hug and lingering kiss along with, “Please be careful and give them hell.” I returned the kiss with equal passion and wished her good luck at the lawyers. I also added be careful.

Ching Lee kissed me goodbye with passion as well. I wished her good luck and be careful.

Ten minutes later we were headed west on 50 then 197, 32 west and finally 70 west. With the trailer it was going to take 5 to 6 hours. I hit the cruise control for 60 and let her roll. Once we got on 70 I bumped the cruise up a little bit more, the traffic had thinned out so it was more comfortable to drive.

It was at that point Sarah said, “Ok, spill it. What did we look at and just how many girls are living with you?”

“That was ‘Jones Fitness and Training Center LLC’. It’s going to be a facility for ladies only. We are going to work them into shape then teach them how to kill with their bare hands,” I said. I glanced in the mirror to see her surprised expression.

I glanced at Kate who was also looking at me. I winked at her. She laughed and said, “I‘ll bet they will be good at it, knowing you.”

With one pee stop we rolled into the college at six. With the directions I had I pulled the Suburban up to the field house that we were going to use for the class. I chocked the trailer and installed an anti-theft lock.

Sarah, Lorrie and I went to look for her friend Belinda Stevens while Jenny, Kate and Vicky went to the motel to get signed in and look at the rooms.

We went to dorm A room 15 where Sarah knocked on the door. Belinda opened the door. It was easy to see she had been crying. I asked where was her roommate?

“Misty is in the bathroom; she has been in there a long time,” she said.

“Will she talk to you?” I asked.

“She hasn’t in a while but I can hear her crying in there,” Belinda replied.

“Tell her you have to go to the bathroom really bad and ask her to come out for a minute,” I said.

Misty replied she was going to take a shower between sobs. I went over to the door. It was one of those cheap things, just two pieces of veneer glued over a 1×1 frame. Like all small dorm rooms the bathroom door opened out into the living area so they could make the smallest bathroom possible. The door fit was horrible, it had gaps all the way around. I motioned to Belinda to keep talking to her.

When I was at the electrical store getting some supplies I bought one of those nice looking Klein pocket knives. It was slim and light, a good fit in the pocket. While Belinda was talking I used the knife blade to slip the latch and pulled the door open.

She was naked, sitting on the flush and holding a towel that was soaked from tears. I said, “Let’s get you in the shower.”

She started sobbing again, “I’ve been trying, and it’s so small, I’m so afraid.” That told me that the rapist had stuffed her in a small space – a closet or a box or maybe had rolled her up in a carpet – and now she was terrified of small places.

“Lorrie, Sarah and I are staying over at the Holiday West motel. We have a big bathroom. Let’s get you dressed and you can come over with us and I’ll wait in the bathroom while you shower. If you like I can even shower with you. I’ll even wash your back and hair. It’s a big bathroom,” I said.

For the first time since I had been talking to her there was a change in her expression – a different look in her eyes. She said, “You promise?”

“Yes, cross my heart. Lorrie, Sarah, Belinda and I will walk close to you when we go to the truck.”

“OK, will you help me get dressed?” she asked.

“Yes, I will,” I replied.

She dressed and I helped her put together a bag of her things and her meds. I had Belinda do the same thing. We walked her out to the truck and then into our motel room.

Chapter 87

Tuesday morning started off with all kinds of action going on. Jenny, Patti and I were entertained to all kinds of sounds coming from next door. There were sounds from diesel engines to all kinds of crunching and crashes. It was loud enough to have all the girls in the kitchen before we left for work. They wanted to go watch. I told the make sure they stayed well out of the way if they did.

When I walked into the office the night supervisor handed me a stack of messages that had come in this morning. Joe from maintenance had the second Homer the pervert ready for me to test out. It had improvements over the first one. The maintenance supervisor wanted me to move the trailer over to the field house so they could start putting the mats in. He wanted me to watch the first few to go in. He had an idea he wanted to discuss about loading.

There were a lot of messages from staff to ‘give them hell’. I guess the word had gotten out of where we were going and why. This college had been through it and we had been lucky no one had been killed other than the victim that had taken her own life. I still blamed that on poor crisis counseling.

I hooked up the trailer with help from one of the day guys and backed it up to the side door of the field house. I was only there for a couple of minutes before Joe met me there. He was satisfied with the position and helped me unhook the trailer.

He explained that they thought it would be better to semi fold the mats and push them against the front than to load them length wise. They would be self supporting that way and a lot easier to get out.

I agreed with him and offered to help them put the mats in, but he refused to allow me to help. He said they would put a cross support to hold them in place and then load Homer and Homer Jr. at the rear of the trailer.

I worked on all the things that I need to do to keep my department running. I spent a couple of hours with Richard Bozman dealing with issues on the new dorm construction. It seems that the contractor thought his people would have run of the entire college. It didn’t take long to put an end to that.

Sarah Grayson came in near lunch time and asked if she could talk to me privately. We went into my office.

She asked, “Is it true that you are going to Frost Borough?”

“Yes, we are leaving tomorrow afternoon.” I replied.

She said, “I have a friend there. Her name is Belinda Stevens. Her roommate was the girl that was attacked ten days ago. Now, with a girl being killed this Friday night, she is taking it very hard. Would you talk to her? Please.”

“I’ll be more than glad to talk to her. Do you have a picture of her or will you just tell her to see me?” I asked.

Jenny called to see if we could do lunch. She brought soup and salad from the deli. Fifteen minutes later we were all sitting in the lunch room eating.

“Have you heard anything from the girls?” she asked.

“No, not a word. We left them plenty to do. They should be busy.” I said.

“True, but I still was expecting a play by play report,” she said with a laugh.

To change the subject I filled her in on the request by Sarah Grayson that we talk to her friend. Jenny seemed to be in deep thought then she said, “If Kate does not have any one going with her I wonder if she would mind a room mate?”

“That is a good question. I’ll wander over after while and find out.” I said.

I had hardly finished when the phone beeped telling me I had an e-mail. It was from the girls; it was filled with pictures. Jenny, Patti and I went into my office so we could look at them on the big monitor. I had to laugh; the first picture was of Marcy wearing a hard hat and safety glasses sitting in the excavator. The caption with the picture read ‘Some times to get it right you just have to do it yourself’. We had a good chuckle at that one.

All that was left of the house was a small pile of rubble. There was a long row of work vans parked alongside the east loading dock. Bob must have brought every crew he had to the job. Inside the plumbers were fitting PVC pipe together for all the drains and the forms were coming together for the pad. There were a lot of 2×4 frames laid out in several places on the floor. In one picture all the girls – even Jeanna – had hard hats and safety glasses on. At the end of the e-mail Marcy had typed “A lot of progress is being made, things are going better than expected on all fronts.”

I sent back, “It sure looks like it. Thanks for the update, see ya in a few hours.”

I got a call from the C-town’s police department, the contractors trucks hauling material to the job site were leaving dirt and mud on the side street. There was so much dirt that the town’s street sweeper would not clean it. If we did not put an end to that they would hire someone to clean the street every day and bill us.

I met Richard at the entrance and the construction foreman at the site and relayed the town’s message. The solution was that they were going to dig 100 feet of the entrance road back a foot deep and put in crushed coarse cobblestone and have someone wash the mud off the truck tires before they went on to the highway, if they needed it.

On the way back I stopped at the audio and visual department and had a chat with Kate. I explained Sarah’s interest and thought about taking her along. She was indeed going alone and would love to have a room mate. I asked her not to say anything to Sarah until I had a chance to work out all the details.

At two I had three more interviews for part time people that could do over night trips. I needed them to be able to fill the request from the athletic department for increased security on field trips. We had lucked out this time. They were all three from local police departments looking to supplement their income and hoping to get their foot in the door for a future full-time spot.

I had Jenny check the police records for any problem areas. I did not want anyone that had a history of complaints filed against them for any reason. I did not want anyone that was quick on the taser, pepper spray or trigger happy. I did need them to have a carry permit because I wanted at least one person on each bus armed.

Ron Scott, the full timer that I hired from the sheriff’s department, knew all three. He had met all of them at one time or another at some of the training programs required to stay current. From his personal contact he thought they would be ok.

By the time I had finished the interviews it was time to go home. Patti and I made the drive towards home. Jenny had texted that she had left a few minutes early and was almost home.

During the ride home Patti asked if I could help her get her drivers license. She said, “I have had Drivers Ed but I never bothered to get a permit or license. I would like to be able to drive so I don’t have to beg someone to take me anywhere I want to go. I will soon have enough to make a good down payment on one of the cheaper models and then I want to talk about paying rent for one of the rooms or maybe help more with the bills. I really do like living with you and the girls.”

“Wendy brought me over a state manual and I have been studying. I think I am ready to go for a permit. I just need someone over 21 with a Maryland license to go with me,” she said.

“Get all the paperwork together and put it in your briefcase. We will find a way to make it happen soon,” I replied.

As I turned onto Summers Drive I could see cars parked on both sides of the road, by our driveway and the entrance to the soon to be gym. I also noticed the outside lights were on.

I called Marcy and asked, “Where are you and Ching Lee and Lorrie at?”

“We are home fixing supper – is there something wrong?” she asked.

“Turn off the stove if you have it on and come over to the gym – we have a crowd,” I said.

I had just enough room to get the Suburban into the house driveway. Patti and I walked over to the driveway for the gym where 50 of so people had collected. The house was completely gone as were the trees. The holes where the stumps would have been were filled and leveled. The white fence was up except for the gate. There was one of those yellow plastic do not cross tapes where the gate would have been. The front lights were on as were the loading dock lights. I was amazed at how good the building looked lit up in the dark.

The general talk that was going on was how long had it been there? Who owns it and what is going to be in it?

Ching Lee and Marcy arrived carrying flashlights and the print. Lorrie stepped in front of the gathered gawkers and gave a speech that she had prepared.

“Good evening. My name is Lorrie and I am spokes person for The Jones Fitness and Training Center. Behind me is the old Summers Publishing Paper warehouse that we are turning into a fitness center. We are going to offer a complete fitness center plus the state of the art Marathoner tread mill. The Marathoner has over 500 preprogrammed marathons from around the world. It comes complete with video screens that allow the runner to visually see the course in real time as they run.

We are also going to offer a complete self defense training program with BJ Jones as trainer. BJ won multiple awards as trainer in the Marine Corps.

We are going to have a regulation boxing ring and Women’s Boxing Association Champion Shelia Roush will do some of her training here. She has agreed to do limited training here if there is enough interest.

There are many other features that will be added before we open. I should add that we will be strictly operating for female cliental. We will have an open house soon. Thanks for stopping by.”

As we walked towards the gym she said, “Since the trees came down it’s been like this all day.”

Marcy said, “There are a couple of changes I made today. The water pipe from the meter was inch and a quarter plastic. The septic pipe was also PVC. The plumber said both were put in new when the county ran sewer and that there was no need to change them. They just capped the lines that went to the house. That saved us over a thousand dollars. The heating contractor installed the new gas heaters today. All we need is the tank and that is coming Thursday morning. I approved relocating the front heaters midway and angling them both towards the front of the building. That would move the heater fan noise away from the tubs and workout area.”

“That was a very good idea. You’re doing great, I’m glad to see you are on top of everything,” I said.

“Mom has been helping Vicky and me with the technical stuff. I wish she could stay to see it completed but she has to leave Sunday. She is going to have the bank jet pick her up late Sunday afternoon at the little airport by the bridge. She wants to know if she can come and spend the Christmas through New Years holiday with us.” Marcy said.

“You did tell her that she can come as often as she likes and stay as long as she wants to, didn’t you?” I asked. She responded with a hug.

Vicky came over and said, “I have a lot of paper work that we need to sign and leave with Marcy to take to the lawyers. We need to find a notary tonight.”

We went back to the house. We finished supper. Jenny’s Mom and Dad came over. Jenny’s mom was a notary. We read all the forms as we signed and she notarized them. We filled them in on the progress with the gym. After they left, Jenny, Lorrie, Vicky and I packed an overnight case for our trip tomorrow. Jenny and Lorrie also pack their equipment for their parts in the seminar. Ching Lee gave me two CD’s with the new program that Kate would use.

The plan was that Patti and I were going to work as normal. At noon I would pick up the trailer along with Kate and Sarah. Jenny was going to work half a day from home. I would stop by home and then we would travel together with Lorrie and Vicky riding with Jenny. One of the girls, Ching Lee or Marcy would pick up Patti.

Chapter 86

Bob put today’s copy of the Frost Borough Daily midday issue on my desk. The page headline read “Coed Raped and Murdered Body Dumped on College Main Entrance Steps Second Assault in Seven Days.”

I called Jenny, as soon as she picked up I said, “Can you come back here, please” and I hung up the receiver.

Bob then handed me a letter that had been faxed. They were begging for an immediate rape prevention class; it was signed by the members of their board of regents and the college president. Each one of them had written a personal note by their signature. The only things missing on the letter were teardrops and the signatures in blood.

Jenny knocked on the door and came in. I handed her the paper. I dialed the number on the letter and asked for the president, Mr. David Skaggs. I introduced myself to his personal secretary and added that Mr. Skaggs had said that it was an emergency. I placed him on speaker when he came on and I had everyone introduce themselves.

I asked if there was going to be a memorial service for the victim and when.

“Wednesday,” He replied.

I asked how many female students. “Three forty five; there is a two to one male over female student population,” he responded.

I asked about an auditorium or field house to hold the rape prevention class. I asked about mats; we would take ours from the college. I asked about large potted plants; there was a nursery close by where we could get some.

I then laid out my demands.

I wanted it mandatory for all female students and staff, even if you had to threaten them with suspension or termination.

No male students, staff or guards, period.

Some of the material will be x-rated, even obscene.

We will arrive in town Wednesday night and will set up Thursday morning. We will need the help of two maintenance people. The class would start at 1:00 sharp and could last up to four hours.

Mr. Skaggs said, “Whatever you need we will do our best to make it happen.”

“So will I. I will call you Thursday morning,” I said.

“Where can I borrow a trailer to put the mats in? They are 8 x 12 feet so it is going to take a trailer at least 9 feet tall and 14 to 16 foot long,” I asked Bob.

Bob said, “I’ll call accounting and have them sign a blank P.O. then you can go to Hill’s Trailers to see if they have what you need. If they don’t have it try Heller’s at Bridgeville. You may most likely need it for most of the other programs.”

“Is Kate available to go and run the video equipment?” I asked.

“Make the call, I’ll approve it.” Bob said.

I asked Jenny, “Are you in?”

“You are not going without me,” she said.

Patti booked us 2 rooms at the Holiday West Chain. The rooms with two king size beds were for Jenny, Lorrie, Vicky and me. She booked another room for Kate.

I called Hill’s trailers and then drove the Suburban to look at the two models they had in stock. I chose the sixteen foot model with nine and a half ceiling. It had a swing down rear door that also made the ramp. I made sure it came with a spare tire. They programmed the trailer brake controller in the Suburban and installed the proper shank in the Reese hitch. It was the pintle hook type and I was happy with that. I hated the ball type hitches. They put a temporary tag on it and I was on my way back to the college with it. I parked it in the storage area. We would load it tomorrow morning.

I stopped by the NAPA store and bought one of those aluminum NASCAR style jacks and a lug wrench to fit the trailer lugs. I also picked up four pair of those expensive mechanics gloves while I was there.

I called the IT department and asked for two of the loaner laptops to carry with us. One laptop was to run the program with and the other to act as a backup. Both came with the wireless card so we could have internet on the go. By this time it was time to go; we had a full evening ahead.

I pushed the Suburban a little harder than normal to get home. We had a lot to do tonight. Jenny and I pulled into the yard almost at the same time. Marcy had the dining room table made up like a big meeting room table. There were neat piles of papers stacked everywhere. Marcy was sitting at one end with her laptop, her cell and the house portable. Ching Lee was on the other side working on hers. Vicky, Lorrie and Jeanna were in the kitchen working on quick supper.

I sat next to Marcy so we could have a business supper to discuss the information on the pad and what I had done. In between bites I stated the obvious.

I said, “From the smiles you know we own the building as soon as the realtor gets the check. We are to meet her at 4:45 over at the building. They were asking 150k. I counter offered with 100k and we pay the realtor fees; that made it 108k. They accepted my offer with the condition that we had to do it today. I borrowed 200k from Jake. I have to pay it back in full within six months. If Chuck didn’t tell you, we have a meeting with the commercial loan people Friday at 1:00. It’s extremely important that the business plan and video presentation be completed for that meeting.“

Marcy said, “I have the check for the realtor. This is the biggest check I have ever held, it made me feel like a millionaire. The rest is in a new checking account in the business name. There is some paperwork that you and Jenny need to sign on Friday. I also have the loan application. Mom is going to help me fill it out so it will be done right. I got the call from the gas company. They will accept a letter from the bank to open the account. The tank and gas will be delivered Thursday.”

I said, “You need to call for insurance on the building before they close today. Then tomorrow call to change the electric over and call the phone company. There is a phone over there, maybe there is a number on it that the phone company can use to track it down to turn it on. Get call forwarding on it and send the calls to the house phone or your cell.”

Marcy asked, “how much coverage do you think we need?’

“Two hundred k I think for now. Once every thing is done we will have to look at everything again,” I replied.

I said, “You have a meeting with the attorney on Thursday at 1 to set up the corporation. Jenny, Lorrie, Vicky and I will not be able to go with you. We will sign several powers of attorney so you can do everything for the corporation. They will be able to help you get a Federal ID number. We need that right away, you might be able to do that online.”

“Call the bank tomorrow and order debit/credit cards if you haven’t already. Get yours with a 10k limit and the other five with a 2500 limit. Yours needs to be higher in case we have to buy equipment online. I will leave you my credit card to use until we get the others, it has a 10k limit. Most businesses don’t like the fill in the blank checks.”

I passed around the Frost Borough paper and the letter. I said, “This is why Jenny, Lorrie, Vicky and I won’t be here. We are leaving Wednesday afternoon late and won’t be back until late Thursday night. I wish we could all go but you and Ching Lee are going to be busy, you are in charge of the business. You need to get a laptop and a desktop just for the business and some kind of business program that will do the accounting and schedule appointments, if we get that far.”

As soon as we finished eating we carried the final prints over to the warehouse to meet with the realtor and the contractor. We carried a fold-up card table to use as a desk along with a couple of fold-up chairs. With it being the end of November it was almost dark. I turned on all the lights, including the outside ones. To my surprise they all worked. The front loading dock, entrance and ramp were well lit. The full length dock lighting was good. The inside had fair lighting. We would need more light on the end where we were going to have our gym.

The Wrights, Susan and her Dad were right on time. I asked Jenny and Jenna to look over all the documents to make sure everything looked OK. I also asked them to explain them to Marcy and me. At the end we were satisfied and they signed everything and Marcy gave them the check. We were now the proud owners of a warehouse, soon to be our gym.

Susan said, “I was amazed they took your offer. So when do you think you will have everything done, by late spring?”

“We haven’t set a date yet but I think we would like to have an open house between Christmas and the first of the year,” I said.

“Wow, things are going to have to rock and roll for that to happen,” she said.

“Come back and check us out in three weeks,” I said with a smile.

Bob from Bob’s construction was waiting his turn along with two other guys I remembered as his foremen. Marcy and Ching Lee rolled out the plans and explained them. They then took chalk and drew lines in the locations and the sizes that we wanted them. The waiting room, the refreshment room, and the storage room were all drawn out on the west end. On the south side they drew the bathroom, showers, locker, the massage room and the pad area for the hot tubs. Last was the boxing ring, almost in the middle of the building.

Bob then started asking questions, “Should the locker and massage room have a flat floor?”

“Yes,” we responded. “We also want a bench in the middle of the lockers to sit on.”

He asked, “Two showers on each side with a bench in the middle and the walls and floor with four inch tile and drains in center of the floor?”

“Yes,” we responded.

He asked, “Can the massage and tub pads be painted with the same nonslip as the rest of the gym floor?”

“Yes.” I said.

He said, “The pad will have to be a foot thick. I’m thinking three sloped entry points with hand rails completely around the top of the pad, with the ones at the hot tubs removable, and the floor for the tubs slightly sloped to drains.”

“Yes, that sounds good,” I said.

He asked, “In the storage room do you want water and a drain for a washer and dryer?”

“Yes.”

He asked, “In the refreshment room do you want a sink, a small grill and a refrigerator as the drawing shows?”

“Yes, with a place for a microwave,” we responded.

“The price for infrared heating was super expensive at 25 thousand. However the heating contractor I use has four of the same style heaters as you now have, only they are 150k BTU instead of the 100 BTU you now have and they are the new super efficient kind. He over-ordered for a job last year and had keep them because they were a special order. He will sell them at cost, $750 each, and will install them all for $250.00. They list for 1500 each,” he said. “I also think you will want a small heat pump with gas heat to have air conditioning and better heat for the waiting room, refreshment room and the showers.”

“I would rather have the kind you put in the bedrooms, no duct work,” I said.

“Out front you show a fence. A three rail split-rail of the new white plastic kind and you have an inset to open or close the gate, so you can get a car off road, and the gate is 20 feet?” he said.

“I’m afraid that if we don’t put up a fence it will become a party spot at midnight and we will be picking up broken beer bottles and condoms.” I said.

“The contractor will be here at 6 AM to bring in his equipment before the traffic gets heavy so either leave the chain down tonight or have it down by then in the morning. I need you to sign the authorization and everything will be set to go,” he said.

“Marcy and Ching Lee are the ones in charge of this project, see them with any problems.” I said as I signed the papers as president of the corporation.

I saw that it was getting close to 5:30 so I asked the girls, “What time is the class starting tonight?” Jenny, Lorrie and Vicky realized that they needed to get home to be there when the class participants started arriving.

I stayed with Marcy, Ching Lee and Jeanna while Bob and the foreman finished marking out our plans on the floor. The girls were helping with the measuring and the placement of doors and drains.

Jeanna and I were still at the make-shift table. I asked her opinion of today’s events. She said, “It’s been interesting. I was amazed at how well they put things together even with all the curve’s you sent at them. They are going to be some good business managers when they get a little experience.”

“They will get plenty of that. This is going to be their business. We wanted something to keep us together here and I think this is it. I have a five year contract with the college with another five year rider. Jenny loves her job with the state. We can be trainers, nights and weekends. The day to day stuff is on them,” I said.

All the measuring was completed. We took one more look at the drawings and one more walk around the marks. We agreed that everything looked right. I gave Bob one of the keys and with that closed up the warehouse.

When I returned home I put the papers from the purchase in the gun safe for safe keeping. Jeanna, Marcy, Ching Lee and I went to the basement. I spent the next two hours working out. I needed it.

The situation at Frost Borough State had me angry all day, I just forced myself not to let it show. I took my anger out on the weight machines and treadmill while Marcy was selling the benefits of our gym to Shirley Roush and her two fellow boxers. I was still at it when everyone else had finished and gone upstairs to the showers and hot tub. An hour later it was all I could do drag myself into the shower. A hot shower and thirty minutes in the hot tub and I felt like a human being again.

I was sitting at the table listening to more discussions about the gym. At eleven we decided to call it a night. Everyone got hugs and kisses. It was Monday, Lorrie and I were going to enjoy the night to the fullest. Vicky smiled and said goodnight to us as she and Jenny were going to do the same.

Chapter 85

We had gone to bed early enough so that after the threesome we still had a good nights sleep. I woke up at five refreshed and ready to get things done. Jenny, Patti and I had fruit, cereal with orange juice and wheat toast for breakfast.

In between bites I was making notes on a pad of things that needed to happen today. The majority of them depended on the outcome of the call from the realtor. Something was different this morning. I was as enthused as much as the girls were about the gym.

1 Get price for warehouse from Island Realtors.

2 Get the first estimate from Bob’s contracting for the lot cleanup and the changes in the warehouse and then hit him with the newer changes.

3 Check with QT bank to set up business presentation and pick up loan papers to fill out.

4 Make appointment with Howard, Fine and Fine attorneys to start the corporation process.

5 If 1 and 2 were a go, BUY the Building and change the electric and the utilities over.

6 Get insurance on the building.

7 Check on gas for gym heat.

8 Checking account for business with the ability to process credit cards and 6 credit cards for the company.

9 Get the landline phone turned on. There was a phone still on the wall in the building. The phone company should be able to find the line from the number on it.

10 Check on internet companies.

11 ID card access from waiting area to gym for members

Patti and I arrived at the college fifteen minutes early to a stack of paper work in our boxes. Patti buried herself in the time sheets. That was her first order of business every Monday or else no one would get a pay check on Friday.

I looked over the incident reports for the last five days. There were less than three dozen, all minor. Then I spent the next three hours going over e-mails and responding to them.

The athletic department was finally getting back to me with a list of the on the road sports events they wanted us to provide security on. It had been so long that I had thought that they had changed their minds. They did not include a list of the transportation companies involved. They wanted security on the trips starting with the first one on January 15. That was six weeks away with two weeks of vacations thrown in. I guess they thought these kinds of things were just fly by the seat of your pants. They had no concept of all that was required for good security.

At 11 Susan Wright called with the asking price for the warehouse. The Summers wanted 150 thousand and we pay the 5 thousand tax bill that was due by January first.

I asked Susan if she would tell me the normal realtor’s fees on a sale. She replied, “Eight percent.”

I said, “With the estimated cost of 20k for removing the house and getting rid of the trees along with new sod for erosion control that price and the taxes took the property out our reach. With what we wanted to do there would not be enough profit margins to survive. I then countered offer with 100k and I would pay realtor fees and taxes.”

She said, “Let me make a call and I will get back to you.”

Fifteen minutes later Bob from Bob’s Construction called. He said, “Four thousand to remove the house and haul it to the landfill. Six thousand to remove the trees, brush, stumps, lay sod on the right side of the driveway and put up the rail fence on that side that you wanted. On the left side it will take a tandem load of stone to make the drive way look consistent with the stone on the parking area. The changes you wanted built on the inside will be about five thousand. “

“We have made changes on the inside plans, increased the length and size, plus added a couple more rooms but those figures make it close enough for us to work on. If we gave you the go ahead, how soon can you start?” I asked.

“We have no work until after the first of the year. Then after that we are booked until June with big contracts. The weather cooperated and we completed December’s work in November. I hate to lay the guys off this close to Christmas. I quoted all the materials at cost and will give you a copy of all invoices. I just want to keep them busy if I can. We can start tomorrow,” he said.

“What kinds of permits are required to do the work?” I asked.

“Normally you would need a demolition permit to tear down the house and that could take months. But being it is already gutted and hidden behind the trees we will tear it down first, it’s going to be hauled away in covered demo trailers anyhow. It will be completely gone in a day,” he said. “No one has seen the thing in years so they won’t miss it. The trees will go into a wood chipper and the stumps will be hauled away in the demo trailer.”

“The excavator will dig in new water and sewer lines to the side of the building where your showers and bathrooms are going to go. All the heavy equipment will be gone in four days. I will subcontract that part of it so while that is going on my crews can be doing everything on the list. I thinking two weeks should have the most of it done,” he said. “Other than the hand rails most of the work is inside so weather won’t be a problem. You will not need any permits for anything that you do inside the building.”

“Can you get me a price to have the floor gray epoxy painted after all the renovations are done?” I asked. “Also I need a price on gas infrared heaters since the water heaters are going to be gas or do I need to do a dual unit type heat pump for heat and AC both?”

“Sure, I assume you want a slightly non-slip finish?” he said.

“That would be great.” I replied.

That would be another thing to add to the list. Check on the commercial price of gas vs. electric. I knew that propane pricing would be more stable than electric. The news was full of stories about all the electric companies wanting rate increases. There were four hanging propane heaters along the wall, vented outside of the building, on the west side. Maybe just upgrading them to the latest most efficient unit would be the most practical thing to do and that would give us time to deal with AC later. We would have at least six months to decide.

I was still sifting through the papers on my desk when Sarah Grayson from the student union came in. She handed me an envelope and said, “These are from the toga party, enjoy.” She added a wink.

“While you are here, what is the position of the student union on armed security accompanying the sports teams on away games?” I asked.

“That is most likely a good idea with everything happening at some of the other colleges,” she said. “Is it in the planning stages?”

“Yes, the policy will be in effect for all trips after the first of the year,” I said. “Thanks for the thumb drive.” She nodded, smiled and left.

Jenny brought lunch for Patti and me, a large chefs salad with cream of crab soup. While we were eating my phone started going crazy.

Susan Wright was the first call. She said,” You are the new owner of the warehouse if you can write a check for the full amount today. That is the one hundred and eight thousand amount.”

“I will be home from work at 4:30, can you meet us there? I will give a check and you can give me the deed and a bill of sale. Do you know who the gas supplier was?” I asked. “I’ll be there. I think it was Shore Gas and Oil,” she said.

I sent Jake a text, “The building is ours, looks like the total cost with the improvements will be 150 k range. I have to pay for it at 4:30 today. I hate to ask but can you transfer that today?”

I called QT Banking and talked with Chuck Rustone to ask about a commercial loan and arrange a meeting with the loan officers to present our case for the loan.

“You can pick up the application any time. We have a commercial meeting Friday and there is an open slot at one PM for two hours,” he said.

“We will take it. We will have a complete program put together. Do you have video equipment available or should we bring our own?” I asked.

“We have it here,” he said. After some small talk we said our goodbyes.

I called Marcy and told her to go pick up the application.

I called Bob’s Construction and told him it was a go. They could start on the house tomorrow and asked him to meet us at 5 to get the latest drawings.

Chuck Rustone called back, “I have a transfer for 200 thousand, did you want that to go into your personal account or did you want something different done with it?”

“Make a certified check out to Wrights Realtors for 108 thousand and start a checking account in the name of ‘Jones Fitness and Training Center LLC’. The address will be 1000 Summers Road. Marcy can fill out everything else when she picks up the check. She is a Vice President and the treasurer,” I said. ”Please make sure she has the check when she leaves.”

I texted Marcy and told her to take the girls with her and see Chuck Rustone, they had paperwork to fill out. If Jenny and I needed to sign anything we would have to do so later. I also told her we had meetings at the warehouse starting at 4:45. She was to go to the post office and set up mail delivery, the address is 1000 Summers Road.

I called Shore Gas and Oil. There had been a 2500 gallon tank there before and they would put the same size back. The first 2500 gallons would be one dollar a gallon and then a two year contract for $1.70 a gallon. I told them to put us down to have the tank installed and filled and to contact Marcy to set up the account.

I said to Jenny, “With all that you know we have the building.”

“I sort of guessed that. I’m glad you handled all that, I would still be lost,” she said.

“Just wait until all that hits Marcy.” I said laughing.

Bob Jenkins and the Dean came in just as Jenny was leaving.

“We have an emergency request,” they said.

Chapter 84

Morning came early. I woke at six then cat napped until seven thirty. I gave Jenny a kiss, but she never budged. In the kitchen I started a big pot of coffee and put several frying pans on the stove along with a large griddle. The Smithfield’s and the Snows were flying back this afternoon. I thought a good in house breakfast would be better than a noisy restaurant plus everyone could eat on their own schedule. We always had plenty of fruit. We also had stocked up on eggs, bacon, sausage, scrapple and pancake mix. I opened two of those frozen orange concentrate cans and made a gallon of orange juice using distilled water. I was also going to make fried potatoes

I cooked myself an egg, several strips of bacon and one pancake. That way I would be able cook for everyone else when they came down. I had just started cooking when Jeanna came down. She had followed the aroma of freshly brewed coffee.

I asked how she slept. “Like a rock once I got into bed,” she said. “I’m also sore in places that haven’t been sore for a while. I may need to go do a more traditional workout in the gym later,” she added with a wink. “You were right, she wants a suburban so she can carry all her mates and things in the back but wants to wait in case she needs the money to put towards the building.”

I noticed that when Jeanna said that she was looking at the ring on my finger. I winked at her and just smiled. I asked what she wanted for breakfast.

“That egg looks good and so does the bacon.” Jeanna said. Than added, “Marcy told me I should try scrapple, whatever that is. I did not get any the other morning when you cooked it.”

“Would you like that as a sandwich? Scrapple, egg, bacon and cheese on toast are really good,” I said.

“That does sound good,” she said.

The rest of my family was getting up. I could hear them moving around. I started the bacon and scrapple and stirred the potatoes so they wouldn’t burn. They were in was the biggest frying pan we had and filled it to the brim. I added some parsley to them along with a few finely cut green peppers to add flavor. I also had bread waiting in the toaster to make toast. I cooked a full pound of bacon and had the second ready to go and the same with the scrapple. Everything was nearly finished. The toast went down and I started frying eggs.

Jeanna had her first egg, bacon, scrapple and cheese on toast sandwich with a side of fried potatoes.

The girls were coming down in pairs. I gave each of them a good morning hug accompanied with a good morning kiss. I started taking breakfast requests. While that was going on the doorbell rang. Our Moms and Dads were back again just in time for Sunday morning breakfast. The Moms asked if they could help. They started another frying pan of potatoes. The stove was now full; no more empty burners.

Wendy’s phone rang; her Dad was in the neighborhood and wanted to know if he could stop in. “Sure,” I replied.

I asked Mom if she would check the coffee and do another pot. “There are about two cups left.” She said.

“Just pour it into one of those big mugs. Wendy can hand it to her Dad as soon as he comes in.” I replied. It was hardly out of my mouth when he knocked on the door.

For the next hour I was a short order breakfast cook. I even tried my hand at making a couple omelets, of course I had plenty of advise on how to do it. It was fun and I fared better than I thought I would.

Jenna came over and said, “The breakfast sandwich was great. I will have to see if I can talk the bank into expanding here and let me run it, then I could get one of those every weekend.”

“There is always Christmas, New Years, Presidents Day; the room is open any time you want to use it.” I said.

“I just might take you up on that,” she said.

After everyone was fed and happy I started putting dishes in the dishwasher with Jenny’s help. I whispered to Jenny, “I think this is the kind of Sunday mornings we will have when their grandkids arrive, don’t you?” She returned a big smile with a hug and a kiss which surprised me as our parents were here. However no one let on that they had seen anything.

Everyone decided that they wanted to spend the day here instead of going to C-town to tour the college. That would give them more time to spend with their folks. They also wanted to go look at the building again.

We went to look at the building one more time. By we I meant that everyone went over. Marcy brought the tape measure that she had found in Jake’s tool box. With the drawings that she made we laid out the gym. I had to admit that the barn-storming session had produced a good plan. We were going to have a lot of room to expand. The biggest challenge was going to be finding the money to buy it.

We had decided that we would present the plan to QT banking first. Jeanna told me that her bank would finance it if QT wasn’t interested. I was sure I had as least enough money on hand to lock it in with a deposit. Just to cover all the bases I texted Jake and asked him how I could get money from my investment account.

Instead of texting back, Jake called. I took the call and went outside for a more private talk. I explained what was going on and why I might need the money. He was excited that we were going into a small business together. He explained what I needed to do to get money from the investments. It could only be done twice a year without paying a penalty. January and July were the withdrawal months, so the timing was right for a January withdrawal.

What he suggested was that I try the bank route first. He did not want me to use the house as collateral and I agreed with that. He said that if I finally decided that I needed money from the investment account to wait until the July opening. He would loan us the money until then, just let him know much and when I wanted it.

Jake said, “To change the subject the package you are expecting will be leaving here in a couple weeks and you will have it by Christmas.”

“Thank you Jake. I love you. I will keep you informed on new or growing developments,” I said.

That pretty much covered the possibilities of the financing. One way or the other we had it covered. The rest depended on the prices on Monday. I went back inside and joined in the planning.

“With not having to go back to classes until January you will have a project to work on if we get the building,” I said. “Patti, Jenny and I have to go back to work tomorrow. The realtor is going to call tomorrow morning with the asking price. The contractor is going to call with a price to do the clean up and improvements but that part will have to be refigured with the changes we have made. Everything looks really good so far.”

We spent the rest of the day at home. We had a great lunch. The Smithfields and the Snows left at 2 for BWI to catch their flights home. There were tears and sadness with the goodbyes. We invited them back for the Christmas and New Years holidays.

We gathered around the table again as there were more discussions about figure fitness center. We decided that we needed to incorporate to protect ourselves, possibly a chapter S corporation. I was going to be President of the corporation. Jenny was going to be Vice President and legal counsel. Marcy was going to be Vice President and Chief financial officer. Vicky was going to be Vice President of corporate communications and secretary. Ching Lee was Vice President Media relations. That included web design and internet presence. Lorrie was Vice President of advertising and business promotion. We were all going to be trainers when we were on the gym floor.

Monday was going to be a very busy day at the college. Patti and I both had to be there by 8:00. Our holiday was over. It was about time for bed so I gave my lovers hugs and kisses and told them how much I loved them. I even gave Jeanna a hug. Tonight Jenny and Lorrie were going to join me in bed. It was the first time we had been together for a three-sum in a while and I was looking forward to it.

Chapter 83

I went down to the gym to work off some of the weight from the turkey leftovers. I also wanted some time to think. That idea was really out of place; I should wait until all my family was here so we could have a family chat. We needed to have an open discussion about the building. I just wanted all my thoughts together.

Would the building fit our needs, was it too big? Would it be in our price range? Susan indicated that the estate wanted to dump so they could get closure. But sometimes that was just talk before they hit you with sticker shock.

I knew that to rent a place for a gym on the Island would be expensive. I had heard the going rate was fifteen a square foot. Rent on a building that size would be $170,000 a month. Even just ten percent of that would be tough for start up. Maybe that was the standard that everyone had in their mind and that stopped anyone from looking. Not only that, there was terrible over-build in retail space on the Island. More than half were empty and in some places it was close to two thirds. With so much empty space why were rents staying so high? Government was good with propaganda but on the street the economy was still crap.

The trees had shielded the building from view for 50 years. That was a good thing if you were in the bootleg business fifty years ago. Unless you were an old timer, you didn’t know anything was there. That may help us in the end.

The finances were another thing. I had savings that I had not touched. I had been thrifty the whole time I was in the Marines. I spent many a night on the floor or on cots in the barracks to save paying for officer’s quarters out of my pocket. I had Jake invest it for me. We had invested well. He always chose the things that were stable, none of the risky things. Even with the down turn I had continued to make money. Some of the tech stocks were doubling every two years.

I had no house or vehicle payments, nothing but food and utilities. Since the girl’s parents had decided that they would send their normal dorm fees to the girls I was spending hardly anything from my salary. I knew that Jenny was in the same position that I was. Since she had received the state car to use and had moved in with me the Corvette just wasn’t being used. The girls preferred the diesel pickup. Other than the insurance on the Corvette she had almost no expenses. She wanted to trade off the Corvette for something more suitable for a family and to stop the five hundred a month insurance payment. We could come up with a good down payment on the building if we had to.

I thought it was best to let the girls work it out. Marcy could work up a business plan and Ching Lee could work up the presentation. QT banking would get to see it first. If they wanted to do the financing that would be best. The girls already had individual checking accounts there. When their parents agreed to send them the dorm money I insisted that they put it into checking accounts and then use a credit/debit card to build up their credit.

I had been working out for two hours. The girls must be home, I heard an army of footsteps from the kitchen. I showered and threw on one of the over-grown tees before I went up.

Not only were the girls back from sight seeing but both Jenny’s and my parents were back along with Wendy and Patti. The four men were in the living room and had both wide screens looking at two different football games. I was almost tempted to go show them how to quarter the screens so they could watch eight different games at one time. I decided it wouldn’t be right to torture them that way.

The girls were gathered around the table. I made the group complete. Ching Lee had transferred my sketch of the building to much larger poster board. She had two layouts, one of the interior and one view from the front. They were barn-storming ideas. She had penciled in positions for all the exercise equipment that we had plus several things that we didn’t yet have. It also showed the mats and some of those bags that boxers used to train with and a boxing ring. I needed to ask about that one when the discussion wound down. Boxing had never been my thing. I had some of it in basic and quickly found out I wanted no more.

She has also extended the concrete pad, adding places for two 4 person hot tubs and an additional massage room. At the front of the building next to the offices and waiting room she has penciled in a new space labeled refreshment center. They were involved in lively discussions and explanations and for the most part general agreement.

They changed the sizes of the showers and locker room a little. They changed the pad for the hot tubs finally deciding on enough for three four person tubs. They then adjusted the size of the massage room to allow for the addition of a hand sink and a small storage cabinet.

The refreshment center was expanded as they wanted several refrigerated display cases to keep fresh fruit, bananas, oranges, apples, tangerines and freshly made salads. In another one they had sport and energy drinks, they also wanted a sink and stainless counter in there prepare specialty food, healthy food and various home-made teas.

Another change was the addition of six tables for clients to take a break at from their exercise routine and to be able to visit the refreshment center. The longer a customer stays the more likely they would spend more money. If they enjoyed the atmosphere, the more likely they would be enthusiastic to tell all their friends or bring their friends.

The other poster had the front of the building showing:
“THE JONES FITNESS AND DEFENSIVE TRAINING CENTER”.

In smaller letters near the steps she had put, “Specializing in Female Cliental only.” I looked at the drawings then stepped back to listen at the discussion.

Jeanna, the other three moms and myself were leaning against the counter listening to the active discussion.

Jeanna said, “I wish I could get this kind of discussion going in the bank meetings I have. You have to beg and plead for almost every comment. I love the interaction that is going on.” I smiled and nodded.

The conversation had made full circle back to the boxing equipment and ring. That had my interest.

Marcy explained why it was penciled in, “Shelia Roush – the WWBA champ – and three of her fellow female boxers have bought a house further back on the water in the development and were looking for a gym that had a place to work out and train. They are next-door neighbors with Tracy and her daughter who were in our class. Tracy had called and asked Marcy if they could come and work out with them at our Monday night class.”

Marcy looked at it as an opportunity to pick up 3 paying customers, plus we would have the room if we got the building. It was easy to see why Marcy was at the top of her business class. She looked at most things from a money standpoint. I could see Jeanna’s big smile and head-nodding about Marcy’s conversation.

“I will call everyone on the waiting list on Monday, after we find out the price to see if they would sign a letter of intent and also to tell them we have a layout of the gym if they want to see it,” Marcy said. “That list has almost 150 women and that is just with the word of mouth from our ten satisfied customers.”

“I think by the middle of the week I will have final numbers to finish the business plan I have been working on,” Marcy said. “We will need it to make the presentation to the bank for a loan. I hoping we will be ready for Thursday or Friday. What bank are we going to approach first?”

“Just think what we might be able to do with a real add campaign and some properly placed handouts and brochures,” Ching Lee said. “Do you still have the key? Can we get back in there again? I want to take some video and pictures. I can then use hi-tech to put together a web video of how it will look once completed.”

“We will be able to use it when we go to the bank to get a loan,” Ching Lee said.

“I thing we should try QT banking. The loan manager was very helpful when I got the house from Jake,” I said. “I still have the keys. Tomorrow morning we can go take another look and Ching Lee can get the pictures she needs.”

“Tomorrow afternoon we can take everyone to the college and give them a tour if you want,” I said.

I knew that the Smithfield’s and the Snow’s were going to leave Sunday afternoon. Jeanna was going to stay the full week and fly back the following Monday. I really think that she wanted to see the final product of Marcy’s handiwork with the business plan.

She had hinted earlier that if we could do the presentation to the loan department at the bank before she left to go back she wanted to tag along. I intended to call or stop by and see Chuck Rustone on Monday to find out what we had to do for a commercial venture and if they would be interested in hearing the presentation.

Supper was the next thing on the agenda. The guys wanted to watch the games. I took a sub order and we called Islands Subs for a carryout order. Jeanna and I went to pick them up. The girls were still brain storming on the building and business plans.

We had a nice talk. I had never asked what any of the parents did for a living; I did not think it was any of my business. Marcy had said her mom was involved in banking at some level. She was very excited that Marcy had taken such an interest in the business field. She was even more excited when she learned that Marcy would be a one sixth owner. I told Jeanna that we had to deal with getting the building first. How we did ownership for the time being was a minor question.

The subs were fantastic as usual. The guest raved about them. We took pity on the men folk and carried a plate with the subs and a bag of chips into the living room so they could watch the end of the games. The rest of us ate in the dining room.

The girls went back to the kitchen after the subs and started from the beginning with the drawings for the building. Before any of the guests came in I managed to say orgy in the basement as a question. All smiles and nods answered that. I added bring a towel and a pillow.

By 9:30 the games had ended and Jenny’s and my parents had said goodnight and left. Lorries and Vicky’s parents had called it an evening and went up to shower and bed.

By 10 the planning was considered complete and the girls went to get ready to play in the basement. Jeanna and I were the only ones left at the table. As I stood to leave I whispered to her, “Orgy in the basement at 11. Be natural, no deodorants fragrances, shaved smooth a plus, bring a pillow and a towel.”

She smiled and said, “I may need help with the last part.”

“Text me that you need help for a minute as you get ready to go in the bathroom. I will come up and help take care of that, just wait until everyone else up there is finished,” I said. She nodded OK. I sent her a test text.

At twenty of eleven Jeanna sent, “All clear and I have showered so I need help for a few minutes if you can.”

Since I had just showered I wrapped myself in a towel and grabbed the grooming kit and one of the 7 inch dildos and headed upstairs. I gave Jenny a kiss before I left the room and said, “If you get to the basement before I do keep the lights low, a little mystery maybe a good thing tonight.

“You think so DiNozzo,” she said with a laugh.

I had Jeanna sit on the counter and asked “Bare?” She nodded.

The mini clippers made quick work of getting rid of all the long stuff. I covered her kitty with very hot towel to soften the stubble that was left. Shaving cream and thirty razor strokes later she was baby smooth. Her natural lube was flowing from the manipulations of being shaved. I had to give a play full kiss. I washed the toy with antibacterial hand soap twice, then lubed it and inserted it into her kitty. I gave it four pumps as I checked the fit, it took five. Jeanna wrapped herself in a towel and to the basement we went, picking up Jenny on the way.

We were the first ones down there, so I adjusted the light to very dim. The three of us picked a spot on the mats near the sex chair and got intimate. So intimate that we never noticed the others as they came in.

After the first round of warm-up orgasms we moved to the sex chair. Jenny positioned herself on it and I helped adjust it for Jeanna. As normal when we used the chair it drew everyone. We had learned early on that a group working on the person on the chair would achieve the most powerful orgasms the body could stand. I think it was truly sensory overload that caused them to be so powerful. There is just something about being fucked hard while every part of the body is being kissed, sucked or fondled in some way. I was at her head playing tongue games and playing with her breast. Someone moved my hand and replaced it with lips, the same happened on the other side. When we broke my kiss for air someone turned her head and continued the kissing.

I went to Jeanna and fondled and kissed to help her along to her own orgasm. Someone was on the other side doing the same thing. Jenny screamed out her orgasm and momentarily passed out. We helped her off the chair. She was immediately replaced by Ching Lee with spread legs and open arms. Jenna was able to fuck four girls to oblivion before I had to replace her. She needed a break badly, she hadn’t had the big one but several that left her unable to stand. Did she do Marcy? I can’t say.

We changed positions around the chair as everyone took their turn on it. I made love to four of my mates before I needed to rest. Marcy replaced me and finished the remaining lovers. Yes, Jeanna did get her turn on the chair. She too passed out and had to be helped off. Wendy and Patti didn’t want the dildo but the oral treatment; they too got the best we could give them. We had nothing left in us by two AM. Jenny and I showered, as she stepped out someone replaced her and she was met with two open towels to dry off. I washed three girls before I was washed and pushed out by Marcy. We continued the process until everyone was washed and dried. A final round of hugs, kisses and goodnights ended the evening.

Chapter 82

Saturday morning started off with a flurry of activity. The girls had their fitness class scheduled at 8. It was a two hour class; hopefully the guests would all be up by the time it ended. Marcy and the rest of the girls wanted to take Jenny and I to look at a building they thought might work for a gym. They said that it was right in the neighborhood. That sort of upset me. I had been so wrapped up in the day to day part of living that I had not even taken the time to recon my neighborhood. I learned all the facts about it from our chat time with the Mom’s while waiting for the turkey to cook.

I learned that this thumb of land that we were on was a thousand acre parcel that at one time belong to Charlie Summers. Rumor had it that he was involved with bootleg whiskey in the twenty’s and that was where he made his money. He owned a publishing company that printed papers, magazines and the like. The delivery trucks had false floors. They would pick up moonshine in the south along with blank paper from the pulp wood mills and deliver it to his warehouses in the area. The blank paper was replaced with printed stock and delivered with the booze to the buyers in the cities of the north using the publishing business as a cover.

As Charlie needed money after the moonshine business dried up he began selling parcels of land to keep the printing business going. I knew he had a big plant in Easton that was wiped out by a unsolved massive explosion when I was a kid in school. The rolls of paper burned for days. Crystal’s Grandfather had bought the lot in the 50s that Jake’s house was on. It had been a wedding present to her.

I didn’t know that Charlie had lived across the street or that there was a paper warehouse back there. The house and warehouse were blocked from view by several rows of trees. The driveway was blocked by a chain with a realtor’s sign on it.

The fitness class was to be over at 10:30. We were to meet the realtor there at 11. Lorrie, Marcy and Vicky were all going to spend the rest of the day with their parents after we looked at the building. That left Ching Lee, Patti and Wendy at home with Jenny and me. I was going to hit the gym sometime before I hit the bed tonight. Maybe we three could go through the BSDM collection in the basement to figure out what we had. Of course we could all go shopping but my heart wasn’t in it.

At 10:45 the realtor, Island Land Brokerage, called to say that he had an emergency and could not make it but would send his daughter with the folder and the keys to let us in. I carried a legal pad and a 25 foot tape measure that I borrowed out of Jake’s tool box that was still out in the garage.

Susan Wright, who looked to be in her mid-twenty’s, had the chain down when we arrived and was waiting in front of the building. She had the lot plot laid out on the back of the car. It was a rectangle 135 feet by 300 feet, slightly less than a acre. The warehouse was five feet from the south and east property lines. The warehouse was eighty five by one hundred and fifty feet with the concrete floor four feet above the ground. There was a ten foot wide concrete loading dock that ran the whole length of the building on the north side with several heavy steel rollup doors. The roof of the building extended over the dock. On the west end there was a standard double storefront aluminum entrance doors that opened onto a five foot concrete dock that also had half circle ramp to ground level. The ramp was four foot wide. It would make a great handicap ramp with the addition of a hand rail. There was a double tree line of Leland Cypress trees along side of the north property line on what had been the old telephone right of way.

The Charlie Summers house – or what was left of it – was in the southwest corner of the lot. A grown up tree line with the drive way entrance located on the north property line separated the house from the main road way that split the thumb in two. The driveway was angled through the tree line. That angled drive through the two tree lines and the grown up phone right of way is what had hidden the warehouse from the highways. Charlie’s house was a burnt out relic.

Susan had the original blue prints for the warehouse. It was built when Charlie was making plenty of money. The block foundation was a double row of 12 inch blocks that were rebar and concrete filled. In the south-east corner there was a 12 by 12 foot cellar four foot deep with a 3 by 4 concrete lid with threaded holes for lifting eyes. Other than the blocked in cellar the thing was filled with dirt. I found it interesting that the blueprint specified that the dirt had to be put in four inch layers and rolled with no smaller than a four-ton roller for two days before the next layer was installed. The concrete slab was 12 in with ¾ double rebar to hold the weight of the paper.

The building was made with steel arched beams on eight foot centers and double thickness sheet-metal and double sealing ridges. The spec was for a 150 mph category 4 hurricane certification. The entire building including the ceiling was insulated with a revolutionary new product at the time. The fiberglass was covered over with white painted aluminum ridged metal. There was full length florescent lighting. This was a top of the line building when it was built.

The power was still on so we turned the lights on as we went inside. The building had been cleaned at some time. There was no trash or other debris. There was a single work table near the entrance door and a small bathroom with a sink and flush in the corner. At the far end of the building there were some cartons covered with a tarp.

Susan told us that it had been on the market for four years. They had shown it twice. The lot was poorly sized to be torn down and build anything else there, plus the warehouse had been over-built so much that estimates ran as high as a quarter million to remove it and haul it away. With the changes in the planning and zoning, setbacks, open spaces laws and restrictions the lot was almost useless. The grandchildren wanted whatever they could get so they could close the estate.

I called Bob’s General Contracting to see if he could come to give me some estimates today. He said he would be about half an hour. While we were waiting Susan said that she needed to leave. I told her we would lock up and hang the chain if she would leave the keys and I would return them Monday afternoon. I asked what the rock bottom cash price was. She said she would have it Monday morning.

I sketched out rough plans for a gym in the building. A waiting room at the entrance door with an attached office would be necessary. A shower room with multiple showers and non-slip tile floor, another little room with a couple of toilets, and an attached dressing room with lockers would also be needed. There would be plenty of room for all the machines and mats we wanted. After I was done I showed the plans to the girls, we then walked it out on the floor and had a barn storming session. I redrew the sketch several times before we came together on the final drawing. It would be close enough to get an ‘in the ball park’ estimate. The girls had all kinds of other related things that would go along with the fitness class and the building was certainly big enough for it but for now we just had to go with the bare necessities.

Bob came in and I gave him the sketch I had drawn. Then we walked it out on the floor. I also explained that we needed more outlets along the walls for fans and powered equipment. He explained that we would need to update the breaker panel to be able to get enough circuits. I suggested that he price out one twice as big as he thought we needed. We had a lot of expansion plans if things worked out.

Bob suggested that instead of cutting the floor to install all the plumbing for the showers, that they simply lay out all the plumbing and pour a floor one foot thick, the size of the bathroom, showers and dressing room. Central drains could be put in, the floor sloped to the drains, and the waste water pipe could go out the back and trenched around the building to the county sewer pipe. We would install the fresh water pipe in the same trench. It would save a lot of labor expense, cutting deep slots in the floor and dealing with the rebar would take days and the slots would have to be filled with concrete anyhow. He also suggested using 3 inch tile on the walls and floor and that the hot and cold water come from above instead of in the floor. I agreed with that suggestion.

Outside I explained that I wanted all the trees on the north end and the house removed, graded, and seeded. I explained about putting in a hand rail for the front loading dock and ramp.

Bob said, “I will have the estimate to you by 10 Monday morning.”

That finished up our look at the building. The girls and their parents left in separate vehicles to show them sights around the area. Jenny, Ching Lee and I returned home.

Wendy was there waiting on us. She was full of questions about the building and wanted to go see it. Then she went right into telling us about how her Dad raved about the food and thanked us again for the leftover meal. He also had her remind us about the standing offer for a tour.

Chapter 81

We started a pot of coffee and a tea kettle to have hot water for tea and hot coco. I fired up the oven as I was going to try my hand at making some of those cinnamon breakfast pastries. I made several rolls of them. We also set up several trays of fruit. I had several pounds of bacon, sausage and of course an old eastern shore favorite, scrapple, along with several dozen eggs. Jenny had bought a box of pancake mix just in case anyone wanted some.

Both Moms’ were to be here at 8. We put the last load of clean dishes away from the dishwasher. We double cross-checked the menu list with the things in the pantry to be sure we had everything.

The guests started to come down. The coffee aroma worked like an alarm clock. The first to come down were the Smithfields followed by the Snows. The pastries with coffee were a hit with the guests. The girls and I preferred milk or hot chocolate with ours. The Moms arrived to start cooking and joined us. Jeanna was the last to join us. I noticed that she was wearing a turtleneck sweater.

After breakfast the Moms started cooking again. I should say us girls did the cooking with our Mom’s supervising. During the supervision they were having a grand time telling all the embarrassing things we had done in our childhood. The stories and the reminiscing continued throughout the morning.

I did pick up some tidbits about the things that went on while the mothers were pregnant with us – a couple of the things Jenny and I could use for later. There were some very interesting stories. Some of them were kind of kinky. It must be true that being pregnant made the girl extra horny.

Wendy and her Dad Captain Carl Adams arrived. The introductions were taking longer with so many people in the house. The guys all migrated to the living room to watch the build-up to the football games. I carried in a six pack of Bud Lite and a bowl of party mix.

The dinner was coming together. The turkey and ham were hot and ready to come out of the oven. The macaroni and cheese was ready to come out of the other oven. The veggies were in the triple crock pots cooking, the biscuits were on the tray and put in the oven. We began putting all the food on the kitchen table. Just fix your plate and sit at the big table in the formal dining room.

We had turkey with dressing and a big honey ham as the big items. The veggies were peas, string beans with cut up salted ham slow cooked, lima beans with salted ham, home made baked beans, creamy corn, homemade macaroni with Velveeta cheese, potato salad and cranberry sauce. Mashed potatoes, turkey gravy, candied sweet potatoes, buttermilk biscuits, and sweet potato biscuits filled out the main menu.

For desert we had apple, pumpkin, blueberry, chocolate, lemon and mince meat pies – with ice cream of course. For drinks we had Coke, Pepsi, sweet tea made with Splenda, water, wine and coffee.

With everything on the table we called everyone in so Mom could say grace. The feast was on; there was a lot of eating and very little talking. By the time desert was finished, everyone was stuffed. We decided to cover the food up for an hour or two just in case anyone wanted seconds. We did start a load in the dishwasher to help out for later.

Everyone settled into the living room to watch the Army/Navy football game. During breaks in the game I was able to have a conversation with Wendy’s dad Carl about our military careers. After much discussion we came to the conclusion that he was on the USS Lincoln on special assignment in the Gulf at the time the convoy I was in was ambushed. F18s from the USS Enterprise had flown the rescue support for my convoy.

Carl was extremely interested in my awards, ribbons and medals that I had in a display cases in the living room. We had long conversations about them, the when and where. He was really into the ones that I was awarded as a hand to hand combat trainer and there nearly a dozen of them. In the process I learned he was on the advanced curriculum advisory committee at the Academy.

He offered to give me and the girls a tour of the Navel Academy whenever we wanted. I thought I would like to see the museum some time. Navy won the game in overtime. The guys flipped the channel to watch the Cowboys/Lions game.

The girls and I did the kitchen duty. We fixed several leftover plates and then put away the rest of the food. We put away the clean dishes from the dishwasher and ran the second load. It would take one more to finish the dishes.

We ladies stayed in the kitchen catching up on lost time and the latest family gossip. It was during this relaxed time that I finally had unrushed time to evaluate and size up Jeanna, Lisa and Leslie. I noticed that Jeanna was having a hard time looking me in the eye. It finally came to me that she must have been outside of our bedroom last night or maybe even in it. That would explain the need for the turtleneck. The next time that I caught her eye I winked at her and smiled. Her reaction was priceless but it ended with a wink of her own and a little smile. She had given herself away. Now I just needed to figure out who she was with.

Lisa and Leslie were higher on the social scale. They were trying hard to fit in at our level. For the most part they were succeeding. But every now and then there would be a little slip. Maybe we were converting them. That was a funny thought.

I received a Happy Thanksgiving text from Jake. I replied, “I wish you were here.” He sent back, “It’s mutual along with when do you want the swimmers LOL.” I sent back,” By the first of January.” “We have leased a 727 that is going to bring some of the crew to the Eastern shore. It will land at Summit Aviation in Delaware on December 21 for the holidays. The container and all necessary things will be on it. It will be addressed to the medical research department at your college. But only your signature will release it to be picked up. You will have to pick it up personally at the secured area,” he replied.

“Love you Jake. Thanks” I sent.

By 10 everyone was feeling the effect of the turkey. Jenny’s and my folks headed home with a plate of leftovers. Carl also left with a plate of leftovers. He clearly appreciated spending the time with our family and he again offered us a tour of the academy.

The Smithfield’s went up to shower and get ready for bed. The Snow’s were the next to call it a night. The girls after goodnight hugs went to bed. Jenny went to check up on her e-mails and to shower.

That left Jeanna and me as the only ones in the kitchen. I expected a conversation of some kind. I was not surprised when she started.

“You know when Marcy called and said that she and her friend had been threatened I almost took her out of the college. Then she said that she and her friends were staying with the new Chief of security for a few days. I expected her grades to get worse. Marcy was barely holding a C average. I was pleasantly surprised to see A’s when I got the next report,” she said.

“Since I have been here I have never seen a group of girls that work or get along better. It’s almost like they can read each others minds. Marcy says that they study together and when they have problems if you and Jenny can’t help them you have a group of people that can,” she said

“Today I found out that they have a fitness business and are planning on a major expansion. Marcy wants to show me a building tomorrow they are planning to rent or buy. A fitness center, no wonder they all look so great,” she said. “Speaking of looking great I wondered where the droves of men are? Marcy never did go out on dates. I let her chose her own path when it came to sex. I was always bi but for a long time now gay. In the world of big business men are such creeps. Any doubt about her preference was ended last night.”

“I didn’t mean to snoop. I came down for a drink. The sound of pleasure was just too much to resist especially with the open door. Then I was caught with nowhere to go with everyone else coming down the hall. I guess they thought I was one of them and they just herded me into the room with them. I must say they don’t mind sharing. I have hickeys all over and I don’t know who gave them to me,” she said. “I would like to see the toy you were using, it was different.”

“I have no secrets, I love them all equally, they can watch or join in without asking, that is why the open door. We are one big family. I will show you the toys tomorrow. They are something new and are great,” I said. “Don’t be surprised when you hear the sounds of passion, it happens daily here. Just walk in and join the fun – no one will mind.”

“I told Marcy that if she started getting A’s I would get her a car. If the next report is A’s I guess that will be her Christmas present if you don’t think it will cause problems,” she said.
.
“Don’t be surprised if she wants an SUV or a truck. She wants to take one of them instead of the car every time she drives,” I said. “I love the suburban myself. They had their exams last week. The grades should be posted internally by now, we can look tomorrow if you like. I have access to look at things like that”

That ended the conversation for the night. We stood to go to bed. She came to me and gave me a hug then a kiss on the neck. She started to back away and stopped. She pulled me back and gave me a great kiss on the lips. She said, “Give that to Marcy tonight for me,” then she turned and went up the stairs.

Marcy and Ching Lee were still awake when I went into their room. I gave her the message from her Mom. Of course I added a little more passion to it before I said, “Good night.” I also kissed Ching Lee good night. I stopped by Lorries and Vicky’s room for a goodnight kiss before I went to shower and snuggle next to a snoring Jenny.

Chapter 80

Normally I would have spent the night with Ching Lee but with so many strangers in the house we agreed it would be best to lay low until after everyone left – especially since all the guests had been given the house tour with room assignments, so to speak. I know they were a little disappointed but I promised I would make it up to them. It would give me more quality time with Jenny.

Jenny tactfully let me know that she had taken the last birth control pill. She was dropping hints trying to find out the plan I had to get her pregnant. I suggested that we wait a month for the pill to get out of her system. That would put the first attempts near the middle of January. I expected it was going to take several months or longer to get pregnant. “So are you ready for a bun in the oven?” I asked.

That was the wrong question to ask. It must have made her instantly horny. Even though it was midnight it was on. We were both going to have hickeys all over that would show tomorrow. Jenny was loud and by habit the door was open. We both had a couple orgasms by the time I took the big dildo out of the toy heater and pumped it up in me. We had been so noisy that I wasn’t surprised to see others in the room. I never noticed in the dark that there was one extra person.

Jeanna had come down stairs to get a drink when Jenny and I started to get loud. You know what curiosity does to most people. She was in the hall close to the room when she was overtaken by the other girls in the dark. She was herded into the room being mistaken as one of them. The girls had always been quiet when they were watching, Just grunts, groans, whimpers – the kind of noise that happened as things got heated up. The big thing is the group is all touchy feely. Jeanna was in the middle of the group so she was getting rubbed, fondled and kissed from both sides.

I was crawling back on to the bed to a pleading Jenny, when I heard a gasp that didn’t have quite the normal sound I was used to hearing.

Jenny was pleading,” Hurry, fuck me hard, don’t tease me please.”

She was pulling me to her and guiding the toy into her. As soon as I was sure it had started in I slid it all into her without stopping. Jenny let one long “Oh God yes, fuck me, pound me,” as she pulled her legs back for complete access. Never being one to deny her I did as she asked and stayed at it until we were both totally fucked out. We finally rolled apart with me on my back catching my breath.

I felt the bed move as someone climbed between my legs. She stopped to suck on my very sensitive clit and lick Jenny’s and my juices from around the toy. When she was satisfied that I was aroused again she continued upward fondling my tits and sucking on my nipples. When I could stand it no more I pulled her so I could kiss her. It was then I could tell it was Ching Lee by the body size. While we were kissing she had one hand between us working the toy against her sex. When she found the right angle she pushed back as she straightened up to work it in.

When it bottomed out against her cervix and mine she let out one of those long moans followed by “Fuck me hard” as she started a humping rhythm mashing our clits together. I responded by grabbing a handful of her ass cheeks for leverage as I pounded back at her from below.

I was using my feet to get leverage on the thrust up with a loud slapping noise as our bodies met. The big dildo toy was really too long for her and I knew that it was bottoming out hard against her womb because it was doing the same to me. At times she was crying out from the pain it was causing but she never slowed. Instead it seemed make her more aggressive. She suddenly froze in mid stroke and gasped “I’m coming.” She dropped and did a circular motion and sort of vibrated clit to clit. That finished off my orgasm. As she lay on me recovering we kissed gently as I rubbed her sides and back. She finally climbed off and I immediately released and removed the toy before anyone else got any ideas. I was wiped out and drifted to sleep with the sound of orgasms from the floor as well.

Jeanna was able to keep her secret – that she had been watching – by being slow to get up and therefore behind everyone else as they drifted back to their rooms. She simply made the turn and went quietly up the stairs.

I slept like a rock. I woke up at 6 even before the alarm clock went off. I quickly realized that my ass was on a cold wet spot left over from last night. I rolled towards Jenny to discover her big blue eyes staring at me. We exchanged good morning hugs and kisses. Then we did our normal shower where we washed each other. After that we stripped and made the bed and began our family holiday.
